Holistic Wellness
Just as God is triune; the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, we too are three in one; the body, mind, and spirit/soul. Holistic Wellness is designed to encompass every aspect of an individual's being for comprehensive healing. At CGWC, we examine how each area of your life functions and interacts with others: the physical, emotional, and spiritual. We offer a Holistic Wellness Assessment (HWA) or a comprehensive overview of your current lifestyle and identify the areas you wish to improve. Through coaching, we can then establish goals and action steps to achieve the desired changes, ensuring balance in all areas in your life.

We also provide educational tools that enable you to enhance and enrich your life presently, as well as sustain wellness for the future.

Healing Meditation - The "Laying on of Hands" meditation supports the body's natural healing process and fosters overall well-being. It is an outstanding option for preventive healthcare.

Skin Brushing - Our skin is an organ and requires care too! Skin brushing is excellent for promoting circulation, facilitating cell renewal, and activating the lymphatic system. Proper skin care can aid in delivering essential oxygen and nutrients to all of our muscles and organs, while supporting the immune system. It is invigorating and greatly beneficial for overall wellness. This process is done before you shower and feels fantastic!

Bioenergy/Muscle Testing - Learning how to do muscle testing can be a vital component of your healthcare regimen. It enables you to discern whether specific foods, supplements, and products are beneficial for you or not. As a result, you'll become more attuned to your body's signals, which can enhance your overall health. Bioenergy/muscle testing is very helpful for children and the elderly. (This class is only offered in person).

Saving Face - You are never too old or young for facial exercise! No need for botox or face lifts. Just like the rest of your body, the face has muscles that can be tightened to lift up what gravity pulls down. This method was developed by Tessa Hill in 1975 and taught to many celebrities. It works well and is the most effective when practiced regularly.

Scriptural Meditations

In these meditations, you are frequently asked to use a Cleansing Breath. This is simply taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling SLOWLY out of your mouth, with the exhale being longer than the inhale. This will activate your vagus nerve which in turn will help reduce stress and anxiety and promote relaxation. This is great to use anytime, especially with high anxiety.
Colossians 13:12-14 Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe
yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with one another and forgive whatever grievances you have against another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all of these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect harmony.
The "Loving Forgiveness Meditation" - is rooted in the virtues of Jesus Christ and His love for us. Its core principles are love and forgiveness, which are crucial for sustaining healthy, affectionate, and enduring relationships. The greatest commandment is to love God above all and to love one's neighbor as oneself. Forgiveness is vital for healing; it's not about the other's failure to recognize their wrongdoings, but about freeing oneself from emotional bondage. By forgiving, you acknowledge that they may be acting from a worldly perspective rather than a divine one. This realization is empowering and enables you to transcend the circumstances and understand our collective imperfections with love and forgiveness!
